Genaro Flores, born October 12, 1936, passed on May 15, 2026, at the age of 89, and was a resident of El Paso, Texas.

Genaro is survived by his wife, Mary Flores; his daughters, Cynthia Flores and Lydia Erivez; his stepchildren Reuben Gutierrez, Yvette M. Olivas, Michelle M. Avila, and Veronica M. Contreras; his siblings Emilio Flores, Angie Ruiz, and Bertha Alicia Ruiz.Genaro also leaves 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren to cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Fernando Flores and Jose De la Luz Flores.

Visitation for Genaro will be Tuesday, May 26, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a vigil service at 7:00 pma at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 10:30 am at St Raphael Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar Rd, El Paso, Texas 79925. Rite of Committal will follow at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
