I was saddened to hear of Glen passing away. Although we did not know Glen personally, I was touched and inspired when we first received his Christmas card several years ago.  I learnt 'so much' from those photos! My thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.

I never had the privilege of meeting Glen, but we have kept up with him through the Registry.  I looked forward to seeing his smiling face in the Christmas card pictures through the years, which I still have.  May God's blessing and peace be with your family.

Thank you all so much for your sympathy, kind words and prayers.  It is a difficult time for us his family, but we try to remember Glen is happy now, without challenges or a disability. Deepest condolences and sympathy at Glen's passing to all his loved ones. Meeting him quite a few years ago diminished somewhat my own worry and anxiety about my own daughter's future. Thank you so much for sharing his life with us - it meant a lot.

While we never had an opportunity to meet Glen, we know that he was a very special person who will be deeply missed, and he was inspirational to many other families. We are extending our prayers for comfort and peace to all of his family and friends.

My heart is heavy with the news of Glen's passing. I remember so clearly learning of your family close to 20 years ago and reaching out to for guidance as a mom whose child was similarly diagnosed. I will never forget how warmly I was received and the candid discussions we exchanged by snail-mail and then on to email. I was so encouraged by you and your family has held a great space in my heart. I am so glad to know you and to have been blessed with your family sharing Glen's experiences with us. I am so sorry to hear of Glen's passing even though I have never met him, because I know how awesome these Chromosome 18 people are. I have been involved with the Registry since 2008 and I wish I had gotten involved so much sooner. The Chromosome 18 Family are the most awesome people I have ever known and it makes me very sad to know that the world has lost another. God Bless.

Glen was an amazing human being, who was unaware that his simple passage through life insipred so many.  We met so long ago, but that memory of him remains strong.
