It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gloria Marquez a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend on July 31, 2025, at the age of 65. She was a beacon of love, joy, and warmth, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Gloria loved unconditionally with a kindness that knew no boundaries, embracing every person who came into her life with open arms and an open heart. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she poured her heart into nurturing, supporting, and guiding her children, grandchildren, and all who were blessed to call her “Mom.”
She cherished every moment, finding beauty in the simplest things and always encouraging others to appreciate life’s small wonders. Whether in conversation in her beauty chair, a hearty laugh shared during family gatherings, or a heartfelt message sent on a whim, she made every interaction feel significant, memorable, and meaningful.
Her ability to engage in deep and meaningful conversations was unmatched. She could speak with anyone, from a stranger to a lifelong friend, and make them feel heard and valued. Gloria had a rare gift for making others feel special, loved, and understood. Her words brought comfort in times of sorrow, joy in times of celebration, and wisdom whenever guidance was needed.
Above all, she lived life with a zest and joy that was infectious. Her laughter, her spirit, and her love will live on in the countless memories she created with each of us. She was the thread that wove so many lives together, and her legacy will endure in the countless conversations, shared moments, and cherished memories she leaves behind.
Gloria is survived by her beloved husband, daughters, nine grandchildren, father and sisters. While we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the incredible life she lived—a life filled with love, wisdom, and grace.
Mom, your love and guidance will forever be etched in our hearts. We will cherish the memories we have of you and will strive to live by the values you instilled in us.
