Guillermo Trejo passed away on July 16, 2023. He was born in El Paso on February 10, 1935 and graduated from Bowie High School. He enlisted in the Air Force and served on the island of Guam. He worked in several government positions in different areas. He married Carmen Barajas and had 4 children. Ricardo G. passed away at 4 months of age. He participated in several historic events, such as processing immigrants in the Cuban flotilla in 1980. He later married Magdalena Armendariz and had 3 children. He participated in several humanitarian organizations, such as the Jaycees, LULACs, Toastmasters and Knights of Columbus. He reconnected with Mary Lou, a classmate, from Bowie High and they were later married. He is survived by his children Amelia, Virginia, Richard, Magdalena, Guillermo, Margarita and several grandchildren.
