Hector A. Sanchez, was born to Antonio Sanchez & Simona Apodaca on December 13, 1947. He was the second to youngest of five brothers and sisters. He graduated from Ysleta High School in 1965 and Sul Ross State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1969. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ayala, sons, Anthony Sanchez, Albert Ayala, granddaughter, Amerie Sanchez, brothers, Antonio Sanchez II (Junior), Gonzalo Sanchez (Chalo), and sisters, Irma Sanchez, and Rita Sanchez. He retired with 25 years working as head accountant for the El Paso State Center. He continued his career as Court Bailiff for the 448th District Court for the last eight years. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 1-4 PM with a Rosary to begin at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Martin East Funeral Home.
