

Henry “Kiki” Gallegos Sr. left us on December 6th. Henry was born in Canutillo, Texas on January 14,1930. He joined the U.S. Navy at 17. He started Henry’s Cesspool Service in 1953 and did custom design certified septic systems. He semi retired in 1985 and continued as a consultant for the company. He served on the Canutillo I.S.D. School Board in the 1960’s. He was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Parish and served as an Usher. He also was a 3rd and 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council 6711 for over 34 years. Henry’s passions were fishing, dancing, telling jokes, and loved nature. He had a creative mind for tinkering and was a mentor and inspiration to many who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Margaret, children Silvia (John) Cynthia, JoLeen (JoJohn), sons, Henry Jr. and Ruben (Debbie). He was a Grandfather to 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, December 11, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral West with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Matthew Catholic Parish, 400 West Sunset on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. with Monsignor David Fierro officiating. Internment at Memory Gardens of the Valley. We wish to thank especially Dr. Cowen, the other doctors, and the nurses at Providence Hospital.
