James is survived by his wife, Donna Martinez; his son Christopher Martinez; and his son Jeffrey Martinez; his brother Steve Martinex, his brother Dave Martinez, his sister Sue Martinez and his sister Carol Martinez; his grandson August Martinez, his granddaughter Bella Martinez and his grandson Basil Martinez.

A funeral mass will occur Monday, November 22, 2021 at 12:00 PM, 1335 Henry Brennan Dr., El Paso, TX 79936. A graveside service will occur Monday, November 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938.
