James O. Turner

Retired CSM James O. Turner, 78, passed away on May 19, 2018, surrounded by his family. He joined his loving wife, Maria, their son, James, and grandson, Anthony. “Papa” is survived by his daughters, Patricia and Araceli, his 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. James was a generous man of honor and respect, who devoted over 20 years to the Army, and will be deeply missed. Services will be held Wednesday May 23; 9am at Kaster-Maxon & Futrell, (8817 Dyer, El Paso, TX). Graveside service will be at 11am at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX).
