Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army-especially during the Vietnam War. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Julio i remember when i started working for HHSC, you were already there, in 1990, and i could spend hours n hours talking about all your experiences in Vietnam n Korea or Japan, not too sure, but you will share that passion n pride you had for the country! I dont remember seeing you sick in all these Years, thats why it was a big shock knowing, you already with the Lord! You were always a hero Julio, n you left like one. Julio was a dear friend and colleague, who I had the pleasure and honor to work with at the Department of Human Services until I retired in November of 1997. Yes, he was a proud Veteran of Viet Nam, but was very humble regarding the service to his country. There are few men worthy of the integrity and dignity of Julio. I will forever be blessed to have known him, worked with him, and to have personally thanked him for the honorable service to our country. Julio is in God's hands..
