LILLIAN BELL MOORE passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at the age of 95. She was born in Afton Mountain, VA; and was a longtime resident of El Paso as well as an active member with the El Maida Shrine Ladies Oriental Shrine in the Directors Unit and Clown Unit from 1979 to 2002. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Douglas Moore Sr., and her daughter Carolyn Blackmon. She is survived by her son Joseph Douglas Moore II and his wife Darleyne from Williamsburg, VA; 3 grandchildren: Tanya, Dustin and Kelli Blackmon and great-grandchild Kenleigh Blackmon. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at Martin Funeral Home West. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 11:00AM at Ft.
