She is preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Margarita Gonzalez, her brother, Eduardo Gonzalez, and her sister, Anita Cera.

She is survived by her brothers, Jose, Pedro, Jr., Ernesto, and Arnulfo Gonzalez, and her sisters, Maria Elena Cardona, Rita Hernandez, Margarita Rios, Librada Aguirre, Maria Luisa Munoz, and Gracie Zavala.

The World lost a wonderful woman, her dedication to her Church, helping her family, and Community made her one of the most loved and admired people we know. Even in times of hardships and turmoil’s she was the guiding light for our family. The voice of our conscience and constant reminder of all the blessings that were made possible because of her selfless nature. She was definitely an inspiration in our lives and those that loved her. And we hope that even in her absence, we can continue to learn from her. God called his Angel home we’re happy that she is finally at peace.

The Gonzalez Family will receive friends and relatives on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 124 W. Main, Fabens, Texas. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will immediately follow at Fabens Cemetery.
