On Tuesday October 27th 2020 Magdalena “Margie” Romo 72, went to be with our Lord. She was a loving wife, mother of three and grandmother of eight children. Margie was born in El Paso, Texas on December 17th 1948 and Graduated from Bowie Highschool Class of 1969. She worked and retired from El Paso Independent School District spending most of her career at Hillside Elementary School as an office assistant. After retirement she enjoyed her days spending time with family and friends and continued to help raise her grandchildren. She loved spending time and going on Vacation with her family. Margie was a vibrant and loving person who loved life to the fullest all the way to her last days. She was a lifelong member of Cristo Rey Catholic Church.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Lazara Salas and her sisters Eva Barceleu, Dolores Palacios, Emilia Juarez, and her brothers Pedro Salas, Ricardo Salas, and Jesus Salas, grandchild Andrew Dominguez. Margie is Survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Lorenzo Romo, sister Gloria Mora and Children, Angelica Dominguez (David), Lorenzo Romo (Ann)and Erica Gonzalez (Richard) Along with Grandchildren Aaron and Alyssa Dominguez, Danielle, Gianna, Amaris Romo and Julian and Ashlynn Gonzalez. Margie will be forever be in our hearts and until we meet again, please watch over us from Heaven. You were an angel on earth and now our guardian angel from Heaven. We will miss you dearly all the days of our lives and know you will be close by.
