Manuel is survived by his wife, Juliana P. Maynes; his son Manuel Maynes Jr.; and his daughter Patricia Dominguez; his granddaughter Vanessa Dominguez, his granddaughter Joanna Dominguez and his grandson Carlo Cervantes.
A visitation for Manuel will be held Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A vigil will occur Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 6:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Friday, September 17, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Santo Nino De Atocha Church, 210 S Clark Drive, El Paso, Texas. A graveside service will occur Friday, September 17, 2021 at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
