Maria is survived by her husband, Larry Franklin; her children Jesus Mendoza and Rachel Mendoza Webster; her siblings Max Sandoval, Robert Sandoval, Armando Sandoval and Carmen Macias; her grandchildren Patrick Webster and Jonathan Webster.

Visitation for Maria will be held Monday, September 22, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a vigil service at 6pm at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936. A funeral mass will be Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 10970 Bywood Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936. The graveside service will follow at 11:30 AM at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
