She had resided in El Paso since 1967 and was preceded in death by her husband David Light and parents Bob and Frances.
Mary Light was a graduate of Lubbock High School and attended Texas Tech in Lubbock. She was a second generation certified flight instructor and an avid supporter of general aviation. Following her husband's death she operated her own medical transcription business here in El Paso.
Graveside services are scheduled at Evergreen East Cemetery 12400 Montana Ave. El Paso, TX. 79938 on December 29, 2023 at 9:00 am.
