Norma is survived by her son Brian Rodriguez; her daughter Pamela Sawyer (Kevin); and her daughter Priscilla Caballero (Richard +); her sister Martha Jordan (Felipe), her sister Yolanda Petroff (Bill) and her brother Danny Montes (Melodie); her granddaughter Victoria Alhakeem (Adel).

Memorial Mass for Norma will be held Friday, May 26, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1551 Belvidere St, El Paso, Texas 79912. Inurnment will follow at 2:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
