Orlando Noel Parra

Orlando N. Parra, 45 born December 17, 1977 passed away surrounded by his family on March 25, 2023 in El Paso, Texas. Orlando attended Burges High School where he participated in Marching and Jazz band. He also attended UTEP where he also participated in the Miners Marching Band. He proudly served in the United States Navy while stationed in Gaeta, Italy. After his service he called Washington State home before coming back to El Paso where he lived before his passing.

He is survived by his Parents, Elbert and Susan Parra, Brother, David Rene Parra, Sister, Gisele Parra, Niece, Briana R. Parra, Nephews Elijah R. Parra and Michael Parra, Grandmother, Bertha D. Parra, many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He is preceded in death by his Brother, Juan Gabriel “Gabby”, Grandmother Belen Ramirez, Grandfathers Martin Ramirez, Frank Parra, and Uncle Martin Ramirez Jr.
