Ramon Yzquierdo

He was a proud veteran who served in the Army and fought in the Korean War. He was also a loving father , husband grandfather and great grandfather. He will be truly missed.

Ramon is survived by his loving children Javier Yzquierdo, Jose Luis Gabaldon, Andres Gabaldon, Lupe Barrios, and Teresa Hernandez; his siblings Julian Yzquierdo and Lucia Yzquierdo.

Ramon was preceded in death by his wife Isabel Yzquierdo; his siblings Pablo Yzquierdo, Mariano Yzquierdo, Agustin Yzquierdo, Francisco Yzquierdo, Josefina Yzquierdo, Alicia Fierro, and Maria Cano.

Ramon also leaves 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren to cherish his memory.

A visitation for Ramon will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936. A vigil service will occur Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 6:00 PM, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 8011 Williamette Ave, El Paso, Texas 79907. A graveside service will occur Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 11:30 AM at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.

Serving as pallbearers are Eric Barrios, Manuel Barrios, Brian Gabaldon, Andres Gabaldon Jr, Javier Yzquierdo Jr and Roberto Garcia.
