Reatha J. “Penny” Bretz, 85, passed away on January 19, 2016. Penny was preceded in death by her husband, Richard H. Bretz and son, Richie Bretz. She is survived by her son, Scott Bretz and his wife Gaby, daughters, Cathie Hahn and Ann Bond, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, February 1st from 9:00 AM until 12:00 Noon at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 N. Carolina Drive. Graveside Service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
