Rodolfo L. Vallejo, 88, went to be with God on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. He was blessed with a beautiful wife, Josefina Vallejo, 5 wonderful children; Rodolfo Jr (Veronica), Minerva (preceded in death), Laura, Debbie (Bill) and Robert, six grandchildren: Adrienne (Patrick), Brianna (Luke), Tyler, Jackie, Jacob, Joshua and three great-grandchildren: Aidan, Jaxon, and Ashtyn. Rudy served in the United States Army as an MP and was part of their basketball team in his free time. He worked and retired from Southern Pacific Railroad as a Car Inspector. Rudy had a love for baseball and played for the Valentine Pirates. Visitation will be from 5-7pm Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-East with Vigil at 6pm. Funeral Mass 12:00 pm Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at St. Raphael Catholic Church with Interment to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery ETA 1:30pm.
