Roland George Blow Jr. passed away on November 18th, at the age of 69. Resident of El Paso, Texas. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army who continued to serve his country in government service for nearly 30 years. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife Patricia, his daughters Jessica and Julie, his son-in-law Bryan, his brother Gene, his sister Ann, his grandchildren Lucian, Kenzy and Gavin, and best friend Carter.
Visitation will be held November 22, 2016, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with Funeral Service at Martin Funeral Home West.
