Rosa Amalia Ruiz, 71, went home with our Lord on November 19, 2014. She is preceded in death by her mother, Manuela Calvillo. Rosa is survived by her son Rafael Ruiz (Vanessa), daughter Monica P. (Raul) Ruiz, granddaughter Neli, grandson Bobby, brother Luis Rene Reyes, sister Martha Leyva, and 45 cousins, nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. and Mrs. Shahinian and all the staff at La Victoria #4. Visitation will be held on Sunday November 23, 2014 from 5-9pm with Rosary at 7pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday November 24, 2014 at 12pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Hillcrest Funeral Home 1060 N. Carolina 598-3332.
