Rosalia “Chacha” Vasquez, 76, loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. She was born in Smeltertown and was a lifelong resident of El Paso. Rosalia worked for many years at Woolco and retired from Handgards. She is survived by son, David Vasquez and wife Claudia, daughter, Sonia Rabara and husband Jose; sisters Ramona Flores, Teresa Valverde and Catalina Carrillo, brothers Silverio, Ricardo, Arturo, Martin and Jesus Rodriguez. She was preceded in death by her parents, Silverio and Ramona Rodriguez and her husband, David, Sr. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Veronica, Ines, Eric, Marisa, Kayla, Alfred, Sophia and Victoria
