He was a resident of El Paso, Texas. Simon is survived by his mother, Concepcion Garcia, his brother, Rick Garcia, and his sister, Rosalinda Horstman. He was predeceased by his father, Simon Garcia Sr., and his brother, Raymond Garcia.
A visitation will be held on January 27, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn Funeral Home, located at 8817 Dyer, El Paso, TX 79904. A Rosary Service will take place on the same day at 7:00 pm at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer St, El Paso, Texas 79904.
The Funeral Mass is scheduled for January 28, 2026, at Guardian Angel Catholic Church, 3021 Frutas Ave., El Paso, Texas 79905. The Graveside Service will follow at 12:30 pm at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 8700 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904.
