

Thomas Frank Jenkins passed on December 13, 2022. He is survived by his two sons Frank Jenkins and James Thomas Jenkins, his nieces Regina Fae Mazza (Jenkins) and Ruth Cummings, and his nephew Dennis Frank Jenkins. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Chong Ok Jenkins, his parents Frank and Ethel Jenkins, and his brothers Lee Allen Jenkins, Gerald Eugene Jenkins, and Dennis Alden Jenkins. He was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and graduated from Brandon High School in 1962.
Mr. Jenkins (SFC RET) served in the US Army in the Air Defense Artillery Branch for 23 years and retired in December 1986 in El Paso, Texas. He was awarded many medals and awards. He was stationed in west Germany, South Korea, and many stateside posts. He was also an instructor for Air Defense Artillery.
Brother Jenkins was a member of the Freemasons, El Paso Lodge #130, Past Master of Omar N Bradley Lodge #1028, Taft-Diaz Lodge #1297, and Wallace Hughston Lodge #1393. He was a former District Deputy Grand Master for District 60B in 2013. He was also a former District Instructor for District 60B. He was a member of the Scottish Rite Temple and a charter member of the Knights of Saint Andrew. He will be missed by all of his Rainbow Girls.
He lived in El Paso since at least 1980. He loved Elvis Presley, John Wayne, wearing cowboy boots and bolo ties, Stetson hats, and he lived and died a true Texan.
