Thomas Allen Marshall was born on March 25, 1957, in Detroit, Michigan to June and Milton Marshall. Thomas is survived by his sons Michael and Matthew Marshall, brothers Jim and Milton Marshall, and sisters Debbie Cooley and Susie Cooper. Thomas also leaves behind one grandchild to cherish his memory.

Visitation for Thomas will be held on Friday February 27, 2026, from 12pm to 4pm, with a Memorial service at 2pm, at Funeraria Del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer St. El Paso, TX 79904.
