He was born on March 22, 1932 in Brewster. NY. He served in the Army and was an active member as a volunteer fire fighter in Carmel NY for 50 years. He retired from Guideposts as a maintenance manager for 30 years. After his retirement he and his wife moved to El Paso Texas.
He is survived by his wife Arlene of 62 years, 2 daughters: Debbie and Trish, 2 grandsons: Robert and Matthew and 4 great grandchildren: Julia, Sienna, Madison and Thomas. Committal Service will be held Friday, September 21, 2018 at 1:00pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Fireman’s Association State of New York, 125 Harry Howard Ave Hudson, NY 12534.
