Ursulina Papa Armendariz

Ursulina Armendariz, known as SULI, passed away October 30, 2014 after a brief illness. Suli was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Luz Papa; brothers, Louie and Jesus Papa; sisters, Concepcion del Hierro and Ninfa Nava; and son-in-laws, JR Wheeler and Henry Montes. Suli is survived by her husband, Victor M. Armendariz, sons, Victor Jr. (Loretta), Rene (Jeannie), Albert (Chole); daughters, Pat Wheeler and Sandra Montes, 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; sister, Luz Lewis and many nephews, nieces, and extended family to include many wonderful friends. Our Mother loved life, loved her family, but most especially loved her Lord. We would like to thank, Dr. Juan Herrada and Dr. Anuradah Gupta and all the staff at Texas Oncology, Dr, George Issac and staff, and all the staff at Hospice of El Paso, plus the countless friends and family for all the love shown and expressed during our Mother’s last months. Say not in GRIEF that she has GONE, GIVE THANKS that she was yours. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home Carolina with Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 9:30 pm at San Antonio de Padua. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
