A hardworking, self-motivated, always ready to work type of man. Victor would always show up and show out for any occasion as the #1 fan, front and center always cheering on. No matter all the challenges he faced, he was always there to lend a helping hand. Through thick and thin he stood by the Dallas Cowboys and we stood by him. His legacy lives on through his children. and most importantly his GRANDCHILDREN!

Funeral mass will be on February 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, located at 10000 Pheasant Rd, El Paso, Texas, 79924 with a graveside service to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 8700 Dyer St, El Paso, TX, 79904, at 12:30 p.m.
