Bill Persman was a dear friend of 66 years. In that time his kindnesses were many; his words genuine, interesting and thoughtful. His smiles, & laughter frequent, and affection for family & friends unflagging. The devotion  of Bill & Virginia for each other created a charmed circle for all who knew them.  Bill was a gentle man, a gentleman, much loved, greatly admired. The life-long friendship with Bill & Virginia Persman is a treasure to our family.
