Watkins, step daughter Angela Nelson, his sisters Betty Burns and husband Thomas Burns, Amanda Harrison and husband Clint Harrison and step brother Phillip Houghton. 3 granddaughters Charlotte Simmons, Penelope Simmons, and Savanna Simmons

Born in North Carolina, but spent most of his life in Louisiana and Texas.

Things to know about him, he loved his kids.

He would say his “Jazz is my best friend and Camille is my pride and joy.” Being their father was his greatest accomplishment.

He had a giving heart and loved to have a good time.
