Dear Ping, 
I was so sorry to hear of the recent loss of Mr. Lo. I worked for him in the early 1980s at the Chinese Blossom on Trowbridge and have so many fond memories of him, you and everyone who was a part of the restaurant. Mr. Lo was so kind and gracious he made the restaurant feel like home to employees and customers. I learned a lot of important life lessons from him about hard work, loyalty, helping others and good business sense. He encouraged me to study when business was slow and seemed very proud when I became a journalist at the El Paso Times. That meant the world to me.

Dear Mrs. Lo,
I am saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Lo. I knew Mr. Lo since I came to El Paso as a foreign student over 36 years ago. He was a respectable man with great characters. He treated me like family and I had always addressed him as Uncle Lo. I will sure miss him. My condolences to you and family.

Dear Mrs. Lo,
I am very sadden to hear the passing of Mr. Lo. Although I did not know him very well personally, I have heard many great things about him from friends and family. My parents (See Kau and Pui Sing Lau) loved the times that you and Mr. Lo visited them in San Francisco during your vacations. They enjoyed your company very much. Your kids, Aileen, Clifford and Ken spoke greatly of him. Your nephew, William, who is a close friend of mine who worked for Mr. Lo for a few years, had many amusing anecdotes of his time at his restaurant. He also spoke greatly of him.

He was a friendly person that many loved, he will be missed. We will keep you in our prayers, take care of yourself.

To the family of Mr. Wing Chi Lo

     It was with regret that we learned of the passing of Mr. Lo. He was a great neighbor during the time he lived across the street from us. We would talk at times about his life and about some things we had in common although we were from different cultures. On severeal occasions when we would eat at his restaurants, if he found out we were there, he would make something special for us and would not allow us to pay the bill. We considered that to be so generous of him.

     May God bless you during this time of mourning and give you the peace that only He can give. Our prayers are for you during this time.
