He was a native of Whitfield County, Georgia and was the Pastor of The Church of God.
Survivors include his wife, Amy Martin Dyer; two children, Jackson Dyer and Caroline Dyer both of Cecilia; his parents, Vina Dyer of Cecilia and Clifford Dyer of Crandall, GA and three sisters, Crystal Dyer, Heather Dyer and Charity Dyer.
The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at The Church of God, 1189 Bacon Creek Road, Elizabethtown, KY 42701.
Visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Church.
Burial will be in Pleasant Site Cemetery in Winona, MO.
