E. Frances Browning Carr

She was born in Sandford, Florida on February 10, 1925 and was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church. She retired from Penn Central Railroad.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Carr, Sr.; a son, John A. Carr, Jr.; her parents, Howard and Lydia Browning; three sisters; one brother and a great grandchild, Jack Logan Carson.

She is survived by daughters, Jo Ann (Roger) Fries and Patricia L. (Charles) Carson all of White Mills; six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Ignatius Catholic Church with Rev. Ben Brown officiating. Burial will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
