

He retired in 2015 as a Certified Respiratory Therapist at Hardin Memorial Hospital and was a member of St. Brigid Catholic Church. He was also a member of the Corvette Club and received a Black Belt in Tai Kwon Do and Jujitsu.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Norva Ellen Cox Lark; and his parents, Ronald Lark and Betty Lorene Spangler.
He is survived by two sons, Christopher Sean (Rebecca) FitzPatrick of Rineyville and Andrew David (Angel) FitzPatrick of Maitland, FL; five sisters, Patti (Tony) Horton, Paula (Kenny) Davidson, Donna (Jerry) Nealy, Ellen (Ben) Hubbard, and Cheryl Thomas; one brother, Gary Shaw; four grandchildren, Ian FitzPatrick, Thomas FitzPatrick, Jonathon FitzPatrick, and Isaiah Howell; his cousin and best friend, Robert Lark; and several special nieces and nephews.
The funeral is Saturday, February 5th at 11 a.m. at St. Brigid Catholic Church.
A private burial will be held at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown and continue after 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Brigid Catholic Church. The family requests that masks be worn by all who attend the visitation.
