She was a native of Stillwater, Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Beverly Oswald.
She is survived by her husband, John C. Lawson; son, CMSgt John G. Lawson (Debbie) of Germany; daughter, Kristina Bacon (Aaron) of Elizabethtown; three grandchildren, John David Lawson, Colby Michael Lawson, and William Cooper Bacon; several brothers and sisters and nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
