Kyra Mae Wilson Ketron, 102, of Nashville, Tennessee, was born June 18, 1923, in Loyall, Kentucky, and passed away March 12, 2026, at McKendree Village in Hermitage, Tennessee. She was the faithful daughter of the late Floyd Wilson and Ollie Delph.
Kyra was first a homemaker and later served as a secretary in Hardin County’s Education System.
Kyra was married to her late husband, Charles Ketron, for over 68 years. Kyra is survived by her daughter, Karen Fowlkes (Ed); grandchildren, Krissi Britt (Jason) and Chad Fowlkes; and great-grandchildren, Charlie and Connor. Kyra was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her brother, Dean Wilson, and her sister, Freda Brady.
Kyra was very active in church and was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, playing bridge, and golf.
Kyra chose to be cremated, and services are still pending.
