He was the son of the late Edward Charles and Inez Ada Schultz. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Joseph Shultz.
He is survived by his three sons, Patrick, William, and Andrew Schultz; a sister, Linda Asher; 10 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Maurice requested to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
