She was a native of Hart County and member Valley Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Rufus Dale Knight, parents; Charley and Simmie Roten Wells, 1 daughter; Mary Joyce Barber and 14 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by a son; Danny Dale (Carolyn) Knight of Sonora, 1 daughter; Deborah Denise McNay of Louisville, 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
The funeral will be Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 1:00pm with Brother Scott Kerr officiating at Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 25 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at the funeral home.
