He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Mickey Dale.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Devan Dale; two sisters, Isabel Dale and Trinity Dale and his grandparents, Barbara Cardoza of Owensboro, Roscoe Morris of Bardstown and Sherry Dale of Vine Grove.
The funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with Bishop Christopher Kahn officiating. Burial will follow in North Hardin Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
