She was a native of Hardin County and a member of Memorial United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hershall "Gene" Roach; her parents, Roy J. and Anna B. Skaggs and one brother, Allen Skaggs.
She is survived by two daughters, Carolyne Slayton Knox and Donna Kessinger
A Memorial Service will be Saturday, November 14 at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. John Vaught officiating.
Visitation will be Saturday 12:30-2:00pm at Brown Funeral Home.
