

He attended First Christian Church and retired from the U.S. Navy. His distinguished naval career included service with Special Boat Unit 26 which specialized in anti-terrorism with attachments to the DEA and naval intelligence. He also assisted with port security after 911 and worked many years as a machinist for the Louisville Naval Ordinance.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Bertha Mae Gray, and his mother, Karen Gray.
Survivors include his sons, Tim and Daniel Huggins, and David and Erick Olsen; daughter, Kimberly Bell; and granddaughters, Cassidy Bell and Anna Hadding.
The funeral is Thursday, June 22, at 12:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Kiger officiating. Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff with military honors.
