Rose Marie Barrett

She was born in Detroit the daughter of James N. and Clara (Przyblowicz) Rusk. Rose enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting, and baking cookies for her grandchildren. She truly loved her family and grandchildren. Rose was a Medical Transcriptionist.

She is survived by her five sons; Pat (Terri) Zak of McCall Iowa, Ted (Luanne) Zak of Traverse City, Jim (Sue) Zak of Williamsburg, Bill (Colleen) Zak of Rapid City, and Tony Zak of China, seven grandchildren; Emily, Briana, Katelyn, Brendan, Nathan, Madelyn, and Eric, two brothers; Jim (Terry) Rusk of Mancelona and Tim Rusk of Carlton, and several nieces and nephews. Rose was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leroy, and her sister Adrian Schroder.

A visitation will be held on Saturday December 18, 2010 from 11 am until 2pm at Covell Funeral Home, 312 Pine St., Elk Rapids, Michigan.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Covell Funeral Home, Elk Rapids.
