To the family:

I just found out that Alice has passed away. I met her years ago in Battle Creek,  Michigan when she portrayed Sojourner Truth.  My sister and I took pictures of us and vice versa. I found her card as I was packing up my memories to relocate. I will never forget her. My late sister Dorothy Height, who lived in Battle Creek,  Michigan,  was in the organization that brought Alice to Battle Creek. 
My prayers and thoughts are with her family.
