Beatrice Fritz, age 87, of Jessup, formerly of Elkridge, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025. Born on April 13, 1937, in Maryland, she was the daughter of James Cannon Edwards and Helen Elizabeth Edwards (nee Hanes).
Beatrice was the beloved wife of the late Raynor G. Fritz. She was a loving mother to Susan Johnson, Karen Warren (and her late husband Jerry), and Tracey Barnhill (and her husband Brian). Beatrice took great pride in being a cherished grandmother to 9 grandchildren and a doting great-grandmother to many great-grandchildren. She was a dear sister to the late Jack and James Edwards and a step-sister to the late Jerry Smithson.
Beatrice's life was marked by a deep love for her family, and she will be missed by all who knew her.
