Carole Brent Strumsky, age 76, of Finksburg, Maryland entered the presence of her precious Savior on Friday, February 17, 2023 surrounded by love. Carole was the beloved wife of the late Charles "Chalie" Edward Strumsky and the devoted mother of Karen Hawkins and her husband Tom, Donna Wiedecker and her husband Michael and Sandi Cockey and her husband Tim; loving grandmother of Hillary Hawkins, Calvin Strumsky and wife Trish, Charles Hawkins and Timothy "TJ" Cockey, Jr. and wife Shelby; cherished great-grandmother of Matthew, Kaelin, Arsen, Coralei and Walker. Sister of Eva Louise Hampson, sister-in-law of Wendy Bailey, Helen Helmert and Pat Strumsky and sister of the late Thomas Bailey, Jr. Her forever faithful friends, Joyce Bowen and Dale and Andrea Grooms. Many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Friday, February 24, 2023 from 3:00 - 5:00pm and 7:00 - 9:00pm where a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 10:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park. Donations may be made in Carole's name to BridgingLife Hospice Care at Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
