On January 20, 2014 Charles "Frank" Welsh, Jr. of Jessup, Maryland died at the age of 72. Frank was the beloved husband of Hilda I. (nee Harris) Welsh and the devoted father to his daughter Debra Cooch and his son Donald Welsh and his wife Cynthia. Dear brother of Jerry Welsh and his wife June and Eddie Welsh and his wife Sheila. Loving grandfather of Lori Martin, Billy Cooch and his wife Jenn and Kevin Cooch. Cherished great-grandfather of Alyssa Wood, Derrick Jones, Jr., Jacob Cooch, Colton Barber and Ethan Cooch. Also survived by 3 nephews,1 niece and their "baby" Barney.

Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Sunday, January 26, 2014 from 4:00pm-8:00pm where a Life Celebration will be celebrated in the Kaufman Vermillion Chapel on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 11:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
