On Wednesday, December 21, 2016, Clara Estelle Miller of Ellicott City, MD, formerly of Baltimore, MD. Wife of the late Earl W. Miller, Sr. Loving mother of Wendy Smith-Collins and her husband Luke, Beverly Miller, Patty Manalansan and her husband Frank and the late Meredith Routson and Earl W. Miller, Jr. Sister of Gloria Willis, Sue Gerringer, Donald and Butch Jarrett and the late Joan Kohlhepp, Leona Cooper, Betty Greene and Nelson Jarrett. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
