Loving mother of Talia Ann Nulty and her husband Gregory, and Kathi Peters Kohlmeyer and her husband Werner.

Devoted grandmother to her grandsons Phillip Plourd, James Plourd, Thomas Nulty, Colin Nulty, and her great-granddaughter Olivia Plourd. Dorothy is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude in Dorothy’s name.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, Mayland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. A Catholic Prayer Service will be held at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home chapel on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 10:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
