Fox, III; Sister, Virginia Bullard Caffee; Elizabeth is survived by her children, Tracy Fox, Terry Fox, David Fox, Henry Fox, III; Step-Daughter Linda Stanley; Step-Son's, Joe Edward Fox and Henry J. Fox, III; Sister, Virginia Bullard Caffee; Grandchildren, Jackie Lee Taman, David Scott Fox, Jr., Joseph Thomas Fox; and nephews Michael Bullard and Mark Bullard. Elizabeth is predeceased by her husband, Henry J. Fox, Jr.; Parents, Harvey Thomas Bullard, Sr. and Florence Irene Bullard; Son, Joseph Thomas Fox; Siblings Harvey Thomas Bullard, Jr., Diane Bullard, and Raybon Bullard.
A visitation for Elizabeth will be held Sunday, March 2, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at MMP, Inc., 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075. A funeral service will take place Monday, March 3, 2025 at 12:00 PM, Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
